Shipping policy

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. After dispatch, standard delivery within India generally takes 3–7 business days. Remote locations and peak periods may require additional time.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Free delivery applies to orders over ₹1,999. Delivery estimates begin after the order has been dispatched, and a tracking link will be shared when available.

If an order is delayed or appears lost in transit, contact service@mycranbi.com with your order number and we will help investigate it with the carrier.
